This Privacy Policy describes how the Pixenz automation application ("the App") collects, uses, and protects information when a business connects its Instagram professional account to the App.

1. Information We Collect

When a business connects its Instagram account, the App may receive:

• Direct messages sent to the connected business account (message text, sender username, and timestamps);
• Public profile information of message senders (username and display name);
• Contact details (such as a phone number) only when a customer voluntarily shares them in a message.

2. How We Use Information

The information is used solely to help the connected business manage its customer communication: identifying customer inquiries and recording them in the business's own record-keeping documents (such as Google Sheets owned by the business). We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties.

3. Data Storage

Message data is processed transiently and stored only in documents owned and controlled by the connected business. Access credentials are stored securely and are never shared.

4. Data Deletion

A business may disconnect the App at any time from its Instagram or Meta settings, after which no further data is received. To request deletion of any stored data, contact us at the email below and we will delete it within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Meta Platforms APIs (Instagram API) in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, and AI-based text analysis services to categorize customer inquiries.
